Hate Following Up Because It Feels Pushy?
The best follow-up doesn’t feel like a sales pitch.
It should sound like you.
People remember consistency.
They remember when you don’t disappear.
That’s what builds trust, especially over time.
Sometimes my follow-up is, “Hey, just saying hi and wondering how you're doing.”
Sometimes it’s, “I know you want to buy, but nothing interesting has come on the market. Always happy to chat if you have time.”
And sometimes it’s as simple as I pick up the phone and say, “How’s it going?”
It doesn’t have to be fancy.
It just has to be real, and it does need to happen.
