Rest is a Sales Strategy

Sometimes the most productive thing I do for my business is sit still.

I go to my favorite café, grab a coffee, bring a book, and take a real break.

Sometimes I go back home, put on my robe, and linger a little longer.

Rest isn’t laziness. It’s how I reset my brain, recover from client stress, and show up sharper the next day.

It’s taken me time to realize this, but now that I have, I’ve really leaned into it.

If you’re in a people-heavy sales job and never give yourself space to recover, burnout isn’t an “if,” it’s a “when.”

Rest is a sales strategy. Don’t forget to use it.
