Resilience in Sales: Moving Forward No Matter What

Lately, it feels like everything is changing daily.

But if you’re in sales, chances are you’re used to that.

Resilience isn’t just a personality trait you turn on when things go sideways.

It’s a habit. A mindset. A skill you build from saying “Okay, let’s figure this out” a hundred different times.

You solve problems that feel familiar but show up in brand-new ways.

You adapt. You improvise. You keep going.

In sales, you hear no more than you hear yes.

Deals fall apart. Clients ghost you. People say, “Never call me again.”

And then, two weeks later, they call you.

The rules change. The industry shifts.

Real estate, especially, changes more than anything I’ve ever sold.

And every single day, we have to make it work.

It doesn’t necessarily get easier.

But you do start to believe that it’s possible.

And sometimes that’s all you need to keep going.
