Rest Doesn’t Just Reset Your Energy. It Resets Your Perspective.

When I’m drained, everything feels harder.

Calls feel heavier. Clients seem more intense.

My problem-solving skills? They vanish. I dread walking. It’s that intense.

But when I rest, even just a little, everything shifts.

I’m happier. I’m clear-headed.

I remember that I actually love what I do.

I laugh with clients and laugh at myself.

The same to-do list feels doable.

The same client sounds reasonable.

The same job feels like something I chose, not something I’m surviving.

Rest doesn’t just give you energy back.

It gives you perspective.
