Staying Calm is a Sales Skill

Anyone can be composed when a deal is going well.
But staying calm when it’s falling apart?
That’s the real skill.

The way I stay calm is by focusing on the client, focusing on the facts,
and focusing on the solution if there’s one to be found.

It keeps me grounded, it keeps the energy from spiraling,
and it helps everyone make better decisions.
